1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing fitlexa.in, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website or place an order.

Fitlexa operates as a Wholesaler, Distributor and Retailer of fitness and health supplements and has done so since 2017.

2. Orders

• Orders require correct and complete customer information. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or phone number.
• An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, including where stock is unavailable, where pricing has been listed in error, or where we suspect fraudulent or resale-prohibited activity.
• Order confirmation is sent by email and WhatsApp once payment is received.
• Cancellation is possible only before dispatch. Once an order has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments must be completed through the payment methods made available on the website.
• Prices, offers and discount codes may change without notice. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund in full.
• GST invoices are issued on request. Share your GSTIN at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier services, and other external factors. Estimated dates shown on the website are indicative, not guaranteed.

• Dispatch is normally within 24 hours of payment clearing on working days.
• Fitlexa is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, regional restrictions or other circumstances outside our control.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the package before accepting it.
• Delivery is free on fully prepaid retail orders. Partial COD and bulk orders are charged by pincode and location, shown before you pay.

5. Returns and refunds

Because supplements are hygiene-sensitive consumables, returns are restricted to damaged, defective or incorrect products. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photographs.

6. Health and nutrition disclaimer

• Nothing on this website is medical advice. Product descriptions, articles and calculator outputs are general information only.
• Read the full Health & Product Disclaimer before using any product.
• Consult a qualified doctor or registered dietitian before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, managing a medical condition, or taking prescription medication.
• Always read the label and follow the manufacturer's recommended dosage. Do not exceed it.
• Results vary between individuals. No specific outcome is promised or implied.
• Our calculators use published formulas and produce estimates for planning purposes only. They are not diagnostic tools.

7. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.

8. Intellectual property

All content on fitlexa.in — text, graphics, layout, logos and the Fitlexa name — is owned by or licensed to Fitlexa and protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit it without written permission.

Brand names, product images and trademarks belonging to the manufacturers whose products we stock remain the property of those manufacturers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitlexa's total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, training time or opportunity.
• We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by courier partners or other third parties.
• We are not liable for any adverse reaction resulting from misuse of a product, failure to follow label instructions, or an undisclosed medical condition or allergy.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these conditions without prior notice. Changes become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance. Please check back periodically.
