Looking for dealership?What is the minimum order?
Ten units across any mix of products. There is no minimum per SKU, so you can take five of one protein and five of another to test what sells before committing. Pricing is quoted per order rather than from a fixed slab.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, on every bulk order. Share your GSTIN when requesting the quote and it appears on the proforma and the final invoice, so you can claim full input credit.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch is 24–72 hours after payment clears, depending on order size. Metro delivery is typically 2–4 days from dispatch; other locations 4–7 days. Freight is insured and tracking is shared on WhatsApp.
Can I mix brands and categories?
Yes. The slab is based on total units, not units per brand. A fifty-unit order mixing protein, creatine and accessories gets the fifty-unit slab.
What about expiry dates on bulk stock?
We do not ship short-dated stock on bulk orders. Minimum shelf life at dispatch is nine months unless we tell you otherwise and discount it accordingly — which we will always flag before you pay.
Do you offer credit terms?
No. All bulk orders are 100% advance, regardless of order history or size. This is how we keep bulk pricing as sharp as it is.
Is freight free on bulk orders?
No. Freight is charged at actuals on every bulk order and depends on your pincode, location and the weight of the consignment. We confirm the exact amount on the quote before you pay.
Is cash on delivery available?
Not on bulk. Bulk is strictly 100% advance. On retail orders we offer partial COD only — a part-payment online and the balance on delivery. Full COD is not available, and partial COD orders do not qualify for free delivery.
