How To Use These

1

Find your baseline

Run BMI and WHR to see where you are starting. WHR matters more than BMI if you lift.

2

Set your calories

BMR gives maintenance. Weight Gain turns a target and a deadline into a daily number.

3

Fix your protein

Protein tells you the daily grams and how much of it realistically has to come from a shake.

4

Program the work

1RM sets your lifting percentages. HR Zones set your cardio. Then train the plan.

How accurate are these?

Each uses a formula published in peer-reviewed literature. Mifflin-St Jeor for metabolic rate is the most accurate general-population equation in validation studies, typically within 10% for most people. The 1RM calculator averages four formulas because each drifts in a different rep range. They are planning estimates, not medical diagnoses.

Why does your BMI calculator show two categories?

Because South Asians carry more visceral fat at the same BMI than the populations the WHO thresholds were built on. The ICMR recommends lower cut-offs for India — overweight starts at 23, not 25. We show both so you can see where you land on each.

Do you store what I enter?

No. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, nothing is saved, and there is no account to create.

Can I use these if I have a medical condition?

Treat the results as general guidance only. If you are pregnant, managing diabetes, kidney or heart conditions, or recovering from injury, talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your intake or training load.

Which one should I start with?

The Protein Calculator. Protein intake is the single variable that most people get wrong, and fixing it changes results faster than anything else you can buy.
