1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and support you afterwards:

  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Shipping and billing address
  • Order details and purchase history
  • GSTIN, where you provide one for business billing
  • Technical data such as browser type, device and IP address, collected automatically

Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers. Full card numbers never reach our servers and we do not store them.

  • Sending order confirmations, dispatch notifications and delivery updates
  • Improving our products, website and service
  • Marketing communications — only with your opt-in consent
  • Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties.

We share data only where it is necessary to run the service:

Everything you enter into our fitness calculators — weight, height, age, measurements, lifts — is processed entirely in your browser. It is never transmitted to us, never stored, and disappears when you close the tab.

You may at any time:

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications
  • Object to specific processing of your data

To exercise any of these, email Support@fitlexa.in. We respond within 30 days. Every marketing message also carries an unsubscribe link.

8. Data retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting law, typically eight years. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent. Account data is retained while your account is active.

9. Children

This website is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
