Just need a bulk quote?Is there a joining fee or deposit?
No. There is no application fee, no annual fee and no security deposit. You pay only for the stock you order — and on the trainer track you do not even hold stock.
Do I need a GST number?
Only for the retailer and distributor track. Trainers do not need one at all. Gym owners can start without it, though having one lets you claim input credit on everything you buy.
How does dropship work?
Your client orders using your code. We pick, pack and ship directly to them in Fitlexa packaging, and your commission is settled monthly. You never touch inventory or handle returns.
What if stock does not sell?
On the gym track we offer a slow-mover exchange on your first two orders — swap unopened, in-date stock for something that moves better in your gym. After that, orders are final, which is why we keep the entry quantity low while you learn what sells.
Can I sell online on marketplaces?
Offline and own-channel selling is unrestricted. Listing on Amazon or Flipkart needs written approval first, because most brands enforce their own online pricing policies and a violation puts the whole account at risk.
What are the payment terms?
100% advance on every order, including repeat orders. Freight is charged at actuals based on your pincode. There are no credit terms.
Do you give territory exclusivity?
On the distributor track we can protect a territory, subject to an agreed monthly minimum. It is not offered on the trainer or gym tracks.
